Donation Policy
We accept credit and debit cards bearing the logo from Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through our online shopping cart. We also accept postal money orders denominated in US dollars, cash and pure silver by post. Paypal, Western Union and Bitcoin are an alternative option. Contact us for details.

Privacy Policy
We regard your privacy as of utmost importance. We do not disclose or share any information about you to any third party, except to complete your requests. We will release specific information about your account only to comply with valid lawful processes such as a lawful search warrant, subpoena or court order from lawful, de jure authorities that are able to prove that we have a duty to comply, or in special cases such as a physical threat to you or others. If you'd like to comment on or have questions about our privacy policy, or if you have a concern or policy violation you wish to report, please contact us.

Return Policy
If, within 30 days, you are not completely satisfied with our sacraments, we will gladly replace or issue a refund for the cost of the item(s) in question. If returning multiple quantities of sacraments, only one open container will be accepted for refund. All other quantities will need to be returned unopened and unused to be eligible for a refund. We are sorry, but we cannot refund postal charges nor pay for return postage unless the return is the result of our error, like wrong or defective sasrament. If your package qualified for free posting, the postal cost that we incurred will be deducted from the refund. Please contact us prior to returning sacraments.

Posting Policy
SPECIAL OFFER! - Free posting on donations over $60 to usA destinations. Free posting applies to First Class Mail only, with an estimated delivery time of 5 - 7 days.

Most credit and debit card orders are posted within two days, except weekends and holidays. Mail orders are posted once the donation is received. All orders are posted via Post Office, unless prior arrangement is made to use a different service. Post office delivery times are estimates, not guaramtees. In our experience, the Post Office does deliver within the estimated time most often. However, they do experience delays on occasion. More info here. Should you need guaranteed delivery on a specific date, contact us for Express Mail or UPS quote.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible should your package get damaged in the post or not reach its final destination. Occasionally, packages get lost or damaged. We offer First Class and Priority postal options. First Class is not insured. Priority is automatically insured by the Post Office for up to $50 for packages sent to any of the united states of America. Optional or additional insurance is available at the very bottom of our sacraments page.. Insurance is not required, however, if you obtain it, you would have recourse for damaged sacraments or lost packages. Insurance does not cover postal costs. In the event that your package qualifies for free posting, our postal costs would be deducted from the insurance payment.

International Posting
We serve or brethren regardless of location upon creation. We suggest that you check if the sacraments that you are interested in are allowed to be imported or otherwise require your government to respect your spiritual practices. Customs in your country should be able to help you determine that. You may also want to inquire about any potential duty, import or other taxes that may be imposed at the time of package delivery or pickup.

Packages destined for international destinations are not automatically insured. We suggest that you obtain postal insurance to allow for replacement or refund of damaged sacraments or lost packages. Postal insurance options are available at the very bottom of our sacraments page. Insurance does not cover items withheld by customs.

The United States post office uses commercial air carriers (airlines) to transport packages into your country. We do not get to choose which air carriers they use. There are times when air carriers reject large packages that contain liquids, resulting in those packages being returned to us. To reduce the chance of experiencing this situation, we suggest that you limit the liquid sacraments included in your order to $100 or less. If your package is rejected and returned to us, the United States post office will not refund postage paid on returned packages.

Countries for which postal insurance is strongly suggested
We do post worldwide, however, due to issues experienced with customs, lost and returned packages, we strongly suggest that packages destined to the following countries be posted with insurance. The fate of any uninsured packages posted to any of these countries will be strictly the responsibility of the recipient.
